  I cannot thank Jay and K9 Connection enough. When my German Shepherd rescue got out of hand, it really worried me, and I lost a lot of sleep over it. I am as attached to him as he is to me, but I could not let him place us in jeopardy just because he (or I) might lose control of a situation. I did not know really what to expect when I brought him in, and I figured he would be a tough case. At the end of it I got my buddy back, for which I am grateful.

  I very highly recommend K9 Connection for the training program, as well as the enrichment program. My wife & I are the 5th owners of our dog in his young life and he had some behavioral issues. We enrolled him in the 4 week board & train program and, through Kim’s training, we saw improvement in him each Friday when we picked him up. Once our dog finished the training he was much better behaved and we are equipped with the commands and tools to use when need be. Once the training ended we enrolled him in the enrichment program two days a week and that keeps him mentally stimulated and re-enforces many of the things he learned in the training program. He really enjoys the program and the staff, who are very well trained at what they do.

  We took our dog ***** to K 9 connection for the 3 week board and train program. Chris was *****’s trainer and did an awesome job! ***** loved going to training each week. We have seen a great improvement in *****’s overall behavior. ***** is not as anxious as she was prior to the training program and she now walks on loose leash by my side with prong collar. She goes to place and will sit there for 30min. ***** learned not to rush at the door and not to jump when quests arrive. Chris was a great fit for *****. I would definitely recommend K9 connection if you want a well trained dog. Chris met with us every Friday for the hr lesson to go over what ***** learned each week for us to practice on the week end at home. Very helpful. I’m so happy we took ***** to K 9 connection. Thanks to Chris and all the friendly staff at K9 connection. Buffalo location.The grooming services by Ashley are awesome as well. Happy dog owner

  I wouldn’t send my dog anywhere else. They truly love and care for your dog like it was their own. They are very flexible if things come up and you can’t make it. Their trainers are knowledgeable, professional, and caring. My puppy was like the perfect dog once he completed his training. He loves going there. I also send him for enrichment. It is well worth the extra money as opposed to Doggy Day Care. K-9 does not just babysit your dog. They do many various learning activities and mentally stimulating and challenging tasks throughout the day. My German Shepherd always comes home happy and exhausted. If you are considering daycare, training, boarding, or any other activity for your dog, I highly suggest and strongly encourage you to contact K-9. Connection and visit. You will not be disappointed! They will love, care, and develop your pooch as if it were their own.

  I have only wonderful things to say about K-9 Connection! I explained my particular situation and my specific needs. I have Parkinsons Disease and wanted my Shiloh Shepard – ****, to not only be a good dog citizen in public, but I needed him to help me with my mobility and stability. I was definitely heard! **** worked with several excellent trainers but most of the time trainer Kim K**** was in charge! **** was part of their 4 week Board and Train program. We got him weekends to work on what Kim taught him. We were part of the team. The change in **** continues to be AMAZING! Kim is absolutely terrific and everyone ay K-9 Connection is so accommodating!

  Everyone at K9 is so wonderful. They are incredibly patient and understanding and are so committed to making you and your dog the best team possible. The results are absolutely worth the effort. They also offer a wide range of services from basic obedience to private lessons (shout or to Kim for helping us train, and more importantly understand, our high energy pup) to dog sport classes like agility and scent work. We love K9 and plan to be customers for a long time!
