      On August 13th of 2023 I scheduled for a driving lesson with City A1 driving school, I went for my driving lesson and was told I had been doing everything wrong but this hadn’t been my first time in driving school so I knew that wasn’t true, my instructor stayed on the phone most of my ride and didn’t make me feel comfortable behind the wheel at all. I also paid for a road test and to use my instructors car for my road test, my instructor told me that would be $265 total for all three being involved. The day of my lesson my instructor demanded the $265 upfront in which I gave to him. The day of the test which had been 09/13/2023 I had been scheduled for my road test. I was told my road test was scheduled for 1:30 so I left work early to be ready with my instructor. My instructor asked if I had been ready at a earlier time in which I told him yes. He then told me if he had been capable to pick me up at 12 over the phone, in the which I replied yes. He arrived at around 12:15 I then was instructed to drive. He instructed me to a lot full of big trucks off of Kensington I told him there was no more turns to make after being told to turn left into a lot full of business trucks. He then repeated to turn left in which I told him there is no left. He then realized he had been going “the wrong way” And instructed me to turn back around and ride down Kensington again. After a little while of driving I was instructed to park outside of an house. A boy came out and I was told to go to the back seat of the car. The boy then started to practice drive while I had been in the car. I felt very uncomfortable and unsafe by this point. He then let the boy practice for a hour and made him drive us all to *** ******* to get him a coffee and asked if we want any, we both replied no. He then made both of us practice again. Then instructed me to drive to the road test location we arrived just to be turned back around because his window shield was cracked. I asked for a full refund.
