I set an appointment with the owner by the first name Greg who I used to do electric work at a reasonable price in the past. So I need a 220 line for a washer and dryer on my second floor so I decided to use this company again. I called three weeks in advance to set the appointment and he gave we set 7/3)25 at 12 pm. This was all done through text messages. The day before he was supposed to do the job I texted him again to confirm and we did just that confirmed. July 2nd he calls approximately 9:30 am to see if I can move the appointment and I calmly explained I had a 10:30 appointment to quickly go to and I would be back home to meet him for our 12 pm appointment. He then began repeating the same question about asking to move up the time and I said sir I would like to keep the time we confirmed bcuz I have a short errand to run at 10:30 am and I will be back before our 12 noon appointment. The he said I have little jobs cancelled on me all the time. I replied, I would not cancel on you after I confirmed just yesterday. He says why are you getting so angry. I explained I am not getting angry. I just answered your t. He said well I will get there when I get there. I said, anytime after 12 would work for me if can't make right at twelve. He the replied. I don't know why you are getting so any. I said sir, I am not angry. So then he said, I will get there when I get there I will call you. I then said I know it's the day before the holiday but we confirmed and I would like to keep my appointment. He then said I will let you know if I can come. I then proceeded to cancel. I believe he wanted to provide an argument because he felt my job was to small for his time. When I then said I am reporting his behavior to the BBB he then text me again about being angry. I wasn't angry that was his excuse to get out of my "small job" as he specifically called it because it now became an inconvenience because his early small job cancelled.I would never hire this company ever again

    Hello,
Yes cancellations and rescheduling is not ideal but it does happen all the time. It is just part of this business.
    Sorry for the inconvenience.
