Cali W******* is totally useless , the Superintendent gave her 72 hours to contact me.... what are they covering up? Absolutely corrupt company. Looking into a civil rights lawyer to put them in their place!

I have had an open case since 8/3/1996. I pride myself on being a very kind person. When I very rarely have to call up NCA because of my medication not going through at the pharmacy and the girls answer the phone in the front VERY RUDE AND MAKE YOU FEEL LIKE GARBAGE FOR CALLING, it is not ok. I'm tired of that treatment. Last time it had me in tears for a couple hours. This time, the girl said " it is the end of our day and why are you calling us now?" Meanwhile, they had 13 minutes left. Does that mean my pain should wait 12 hours on hold for you to get back in the office? I'm just sick of the treatment I receive and I know I'm not alone. It's disgusting and needs to change.

I have had a case opened since 6/15/21. Fell at work. The Workmen's Comp Board found for the break in my hand...Yet 9/15/22 attempted to get information.... Tried getting a person to talk to prior to lunch, as school begins next week and the hearing is during school...so I was hoping it could be figured out prior to it interfering with my employment since the initial emergency room visit, which establishes my claim should already be understood without this hearing. Called prior to lunch. pH has number of times called but after left messages to case manager and then supervisor, and needed a person to rectify the situation, mysteriously couldn't connect with secretary... disconnected.. finally wasn't "disconnected". Was told to cc all back after lunch at 130. When I called would have to look at phone record and seconds on phone...two hellos in rapid succession and a click. The 4 the or 5th call.. again I would have to check... secretary picks up and immediately says "you can't call anymore!". I repeated what she said "I can't call anymore. You told me to call after lunch?". She said you have to give them time to answer their email!". Will be lodging complaint with their supervising agency. Totally unprofessional, rude... I had another situation where case worker said we discussed a specific issue and I said no, we discussed another issue.
I have done all my paperwork. Whose causing all these continued glitches?
