    I had hired to install heating cables on the roof of my house on 11/27/2023.

    It cost a great deal of money. But I thought he and his assistant, did a good job. They ran 200 feet of the cables up along the valleys and all along the roof edges. And it helped work on the snow and ice.
    Unfortunately, before the end of spring, the cables became unclipped on the three lower roof lines In multiple places.
    I have contacted Mike repeatedly and he says he will come and re-fasten them, but he has still not come.
