    On April 8/24, gave Jay $3500.00 down payment to tear down remove old and build new deck.after tearing down old deck, On 4/19/24 I paid him $2500.00.Per our contract. After 3 weeks and numerous excuses he finally framed the deck.5/10/24 I then paid him $1500.00. He didn’t come back,he said he ordered the Decking and Railings and they were in stock. I checked with the company, he never ordered them. I had to pay another contractor to finish the job. On 6/4/24. He said he would reimburse me and send receipts,which he did not.

    Not even deserving of one star!
    Signed contracts one year ago for window and door installation. (8/2022 and 9/2022) The windows were at the supplier in Oct. 2022. The doors, as per JVZ, were soon to follow. After taking our deposit, in excess of $5,000., not a minute of work has been done. Several attempts/requests have been made to get the work done and JVZ has used every excuse imaginable to delay the project. We have requested a refund with no response from JVZ. We have started the legal process to get our deposit back.
