After paying this contractor $7,500 out of a 10k contract to rip up blacktop and repave my driveway & and back area, the work was the worst! I wish I had read these complaints before. Jeremiah is the worst contractor I have ever worked with. His crew have caused damage to my property, left work undone, have never returned to finished the work. He damaged my neighbor's property resulting in more expenses for me to resolve. He has even refused to give me receipts for all the money that I have paid him. Do not hire this company, they are thieves. He did not even lay the asphalt correctly.. the pitch is going backwards resulting in puddles and left wholes which are now a liability with winter fast approaching. He did not even lay 2 inches of asphalt throughout the property. His crew even refused to take their garbage! they filled my recycling bin with left over asphalt and cement, which cased the city not to take it. They were rude and unprofessional. At this point it will take another 10K to fix the damage caused by his crew and to rectify the work. AWFUL AWFUL!

On 6/07/2023 I gave Jeremiah Oliver, the owner of No limit construction company a $30,000.00 down payment for a $180,000.00 home repair due to the Dec. 2022 snow storm. It’s now 10/3/2023. Only thing he has done was sent different people to my house periodically. He took my down payment in June. Work for one week and then didn’t come back until August. Come to find out how many architect ** were all in cahoots together. I have now had to find a new contractor recently put another $15,000 down payment. now come to find out they stole all of my HVAC piping and aluminum a portion of my copper out my house. And I’ve been living in a hotel and recently put another $15,000 down payment. Now it's costing $229,000 for the corrections and repair of my home.
I need help, please help me.
My husband is a disabled veteran.
