    The bad review for this shop must be total fabrication. I have been a client of Sue’s for decades and she is one of the friendliest, kindest people I know. I have witnessed the genuine affection the stylists in the shop have for each other on many, many occasions. I also know the owner Veronica and her family for most of her life. She , too, is a caring, honest individual. Mark Anthony’s is a neighborhood family owned business where you are treated like family and Sue is a both an excellent stylist and a great person.

    Having returned to this area several years ago, we were in need of a new place to get hair cuts. We found this establishment. Seeing a previous complaint has us baffled. We find the individual in question beyond great to deal with in all aspects of a hair cut transaction. I have also been there with the complainant and stylist both there. Nothing in this complaint seems legit (my opinion) and in fact seems more of a disgruntled customer stretching the facts to their limits!!!
    We highly recommend them establishment and any of the professionals working there.

    Contacted owner regarding unprofessional chair renter at her salon with screaming outrageous behavior, not provoked by a client. This salon's worker had a radical screaming insulted demeanor, bullying a woman for no reason because the worker was in a bad mood. The owner Veronica stated she would return my call but after 3 days I knew it was a waste of time. The owner did not care about the worker's demeanor of belittling the other coworkers at the shop, always making disparaging comments about the other staff, having frequent moods and hissy fits; showing people one the coworkers young granddaughter and how overweight she was. The worker made comments about the owner Veronica being "radically religious" and mocked her out for that. I was on the verge of leaving the establishment for good because of how unprofessional this worker was...there is an older woman that works M-F who apparently had polio when she was younger and the abusive worker made comments about her and this lady is one of the nicest people anyone would want to know; she is the woman that Sue the worker made sure she showed how overweight her little granddaughter was. It's a shame for an organization not to care about how their chair renters act in a salon...The screaming and rage was unfounded and throwing her utensils around and roughly ripping a cape off of a customer is unexcusable. Apparently the owner Veronica does not care about bad behavior in her shop.
