    I contracted with Jordan ******, Majestic Choice to perform painting and drywall repair. The contract listed the date of completion and project cost varying with material costs. The length of time to complete the project was quoted at 3 business days however, due to Mr. ******' personal errands, drug use and inability to adhere to a schedule this project concluded 2 weeks after quoted contractual date. With outstanding work needing to be completed. Overall, satisfaction with the job and the services received were very poor.

    I have attempted to contact Mr. ****** on countless occasions via text and phone calls only to be stood up and offered lie after lie. He refuses to answer any calls, complete the outstanding work and provide receipts for materials purchased.

    He continues to advertise his services on Facebook, which is how we connected. I am sharing my experience in hopes of 1. Having this issue rectified and 2. To inform licensing agencies of his unprofessional and unscrupulous behavior.

    I take my work and reputation seriously and want to address the concerns raised in this complaint with full transparency. 1. Project Timeline & Additional Work: The original timeframe was based on the agreed-upon scope of work. However, the consumer repeatedly added tasks throughout the project. I completed these additional requests without charging extra, which naturally extended the completion time beyond the original estimate.  2. Quality of Work & Previous Imperfections: The consumer attempted to attribute pre-existing imperfections to my work. However, there is a clear color difference between the areas I repaired and the previous work, demonstrating that these issues were not caused by me. 3. Receipts & Material Costs: The consumer personally paid for materials over the phone, and receipts for all materials used were provided accordingly. 4. False Allegations & Professionalism: I want to make it explicitly clear that I do not use drugs, and any claims suggesting otherwise are entirely false and defamatory. I take great pride in my professionalism and workmanship, and I will not tolerate baseless accusations. Due to these ongoing issues and misrepresentations, I am formally severing any business relationship with this individual. I strive to provide quality service to my clients and will continue to do so with integrity and professionalism.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.

    Hello, Attached please find proof of Mr. ******'s claimed inaccuracies regarding the services provided. I do not as a practice initiate or engage in defamatory behaviors. Due to the type of employment I hold I am prevented from engaging in such acts as this could cause negative and severe consequences from my employer.  Mr. ******' account of our engagement is false and misrepresented. I initially chose Mr. ******' company due to his professional and punctual appearance. However, after securing the job he reverted the course and exhibited unethical behaviors including bringing his minor child (under 10yrs old) to the workplace. It is my opinion that Mr. ****** exploited this situation and used it for his personal gain. There were no additional tasks added  to the job as they were items previously missed that were discussed prior to start. Mr. ****** would miss the entire work day as noted in our communication and not adhere to specified and agreed upon dates and times. Mr. ******' fallacies  about supplying invoices and personal payments via online are the red flags to his entire business operation.  It is in his best interest to attempt to disengage prior to his business being held liable for his shady business practices. As requested I would like all of my invoices forwarded to the *************** address and additionally a copy mailed to the work site. Without this proof I do believe Mr. ****** overcharged me and did not purchase the items at the stated rate, including failure to complete the job no matter how big or small. Sincerely,****** *****
