      We had to sell my house on the East Side of Buffalo recently. We had already moved and the thought of working with a real estate company was terrifying. Our house was filled with so many personal items, needed repairs and having it sit there really depressed me.
      Somehow Leif from RBCO found me. I have always turned down blind offers but something told me that this is the way to go.
      They offered me a very fair price, I was given all the time I needed to not only clear my house but to clear my own emotional baggage from the house (we lived there for 30 years, our babies were raised there and we were leaving our best friends behind). They provided the lawyer - we had excellent experiences with them too.
      If you’re hesitant, don’t be! Leif was great, Carlos was great! They have a great team and I am extremely pleased we went this route!

      I was left in a predicament and I felt I had nowhere to turn. I found a company that seemed too good to be true. I needed to find a way to sell a neglected house and thought it would be impossible. I spoke to Carlos who was so compassionate and understanding. He made me feel like I was doing him a favor, but in reality, he was the one doing the favor. Within an hour an agreement was made and papers were signed. We had no stress or hassle with the sale, RBCO covered the setup and cost of every single thing involved in selling the house. Within one month all was said and done. We needed more time to remove belongings and that was granted without a problem. I also dealt with Danna, who was so kind and helpful as well. I would recommend this company to anyone who is looking for kindness, compassion and professionalism.

      There is nothing negative about Rust Belt Cash Offer (RBCO). When I shook the representative hand on day one, the company put me first (seller) and kept me informed every step. Your first impression of someone is your last. They allowed time (months) for me to get all tangibles out of the house per our agreement. When my contract was approaching, I needed more time, and RBCO extended the contract with no problem. RBCO absorbed a substantial cost that most sellers would pay out of pocket. What I liked the most was the professionalism, friendliness, patients, flexibility, and honesty. I would recommend them to anyone looking to sell a home. I did have a lawyer who reviewed the contact per my terms and conditions and approved it. They’re the real deal with no middle man. RBCO left me with a good smile and a lasting impression of good business ethnicity. Thank you.
