    This landlord failed to resolve the ongoing rat and squirrel infestation. Many Many rat holes surrounded the house. You hear the large rats moving through the wall and the smell of rat urine would be very strong during the warm and hot months. Squirrels ran between the ceiling and the roof. It was a nightmare.
    It was reported to the health department. The health department said Ron S**** was to flank the house with metal going 2 feet into the ground. This happened during the winter and Ron S**** failed to do this job fully and went deep enough and neglected half the house.
    I left the property in stellar condition. Little to no work had to be done and it was in re- rental condition. Regardless, Ron Scott/ JSJ Contracting failed to return my security deposit regardless of a court order that I won.
    A self-proclaimed " slum lord" I warn others renting from JSJ Contracting.
