    Complaint Details: Fraudulent Billing, Deceptive Business Practices, and Failure to Honor Cancellation — Seeking a $2,400 Refund for Charges and Damages

    In November 2024, I signed up for a voice assistant service priced at $299 per month from Scale Digital Marketing (now part of Enrich Marketing Inc.). On December 22, 2024, I duly completed their necessary cancellation form. Following this, Scale Digital revoked my access to their platform, indicating that they processed my cancellation.

    However, even after restricting my access and preventing me from using the service, Scale Digital continued to charge my account each month:

    January 2025: $299

    February 2025: $299

    March 2025: $299

    April 2025: $299

    = Total unauthorized charges after cancellation: $1,196

    I sent numerous follow-up emails requesting refunds and confirmation — all were disregarded. They intentionally charged me for a service I was no longer able to use. I reached out multiple times via email and resubmitted the form again to ensure there were no issues — all communications went unanswered.

    This is not a simple mistake — it’s evident and intentional unauthorized billing following their confirmation of cancellation. It has resulted in significant frustration, wasted time, financial damage, and emotional distress.

    Resolution Sought:
    Reimbursement of $1,196 for charges post-cancellation
    $1,201 for damages, time, and stress
    Total refund requested: $2,397

    Written confirmation that my account has been completely closed
    Assurance of no further billing

    This indicates a consistent pattern of dishonest billing practices and consumer abuse.
