    Terrible communication and timeline by the owner. 2 months late on start date.
    Lack of respect for my property.
    Completed a rebuild of chimney during the acid wash of chimney proper covering was not placed causing permanent finish damage to a 2 year old architectural black onyx roof and now it has strips. This just happens to be at the entrance to my home. Owner was made aware of this on October 16 the day they completed the job. Over the last 3 weeks I have reached out to him numerous times and had no response.
