    Terrible Office & Everyone should stay away!!!! They don't answer calls or return them but have an answering service that will take your messages down for a full year. After a year of ** I had to walk in and ask for an appointment when you are not supposed to do that. Then I schedule my pre surgical records appointment and show up multiple times to be played with. They don't do anything to me at all, n records measurements, sometimes they even say "you're here for a follow up?". A follow up on what? they've never done anything to me at all other than take impressions and even that they couldnt do, it took 3 tries and 2 students to do it. Then I write a review on ******, a few days later my new surgical records appointment was cancelled. They called and said id hear from the doctor in a week. It's been almost 3. Today after 2 emails and me threatening to walk in they call me and tell me. "The doctor is aware and will call you" with no time frame this time. So here I am waiting over 1 year for this jaw surgery and many many months just to finally Start the process just for the doctor to now hault it all and not communicate anything with me. I will continue to write reviews on any and all websites until DR M********* & UB ORAL SURGERY DO MY SURGEY & PROPERLY!!!! they expect people to be fed up and walk away but unfortunately for me he is the only jaw surgeon in this area. I have had no choice but to be nice and take this terrible treatment, hopefully soon it will be worth it.
