    This new transportation company was forced upon me to use by *** ************** company. Waris transportation llc has been the worst experience I ever had with a transportation company. I go 7 days a week to my clinic to get my medicine every day. It's an hour drive there and hour drive back. I have a set time of 11am to get to my clinic. Since waris took over the company I was using they have shown up to my house at 6am, 730 am 815am when they aren't supposed to be there until 10am. We drive with a different driver In a different car everytime. There are no seatbelts in some of the vehicles, there was a yellow jacket wasp nest in one of the cars we drove in , the other car kept stalling out , a different car battery wouldn't start , all the while driving while watching ******* videos and texting on the phone, came close on 3 occasions for getting in a accident. Also the very last ride we had with them today they were half hour late and took me to the wrong destination which was an additional half hour out of the way meanwhile sharing the cab with other clients forcing me to go to a strangers medical appointment and having no choice but to wait for other clients to have their needs met knowing that I need to be home I have two kids I care for. And when I call to address these issues they hang up the phone. From what I was told is that I shouldn't be sharing a cab with other clients that I don't know that are going to a different destination than I am. It has been extremely stressful, I have missed a very important home visit today because of this. Not to mention how extremely unsafe it is to ride a total of 2-3 hours in a vehicle with no seat belts while the driver watches videos. I am ready to give up on my mental health treatments and on getting my medicine because of dealing with this daily. I have severe PTSD from being in a vehicle accident. I would preferably love to go back to the company I was using called **** ****** **** They are safe reliable a

    BBB spoke to the business and the following was relayed: Due to HIPAA, I cannot go into specific details regarding this client. ******** would have to answer the specific complaint. As a general response, we were selected as one of the companies *** chose as a PPO. The customer can select other PPO companies if they are unhappy. The PPO issue, however, is between the client and ********.

    Any of the information they said are false accusations. The enrollee is being transported with her boyfriend in the same vehicle, at the same address and no other individuals.  Enrollees  are picked up on time and the GPS system can prove that. Everything is documented and recorded. They mention **** ************** is cutting support financially because they were not able to opt out of PPO. They told the driver to notify the company if they pay them that they will stop complaining. At the beginning of the PPO they used to bully the Drivers and Dispatch and clinic where notified. that's when they stop calling the office.  Sometime last week they met with ******, a representative from **** ************** at the ****** ******* store on Holden and the driver overheard  both enrollees talking about how she threatened to stop paying them. They told the driver that they are relocating to Erie County  and if she is interested in driving to drive them once they leave. They can easily transfer to another company on the PPO program but the issue is getting out of the program to and from the methadone program.  Thank you.
