    I Only gave one start because I had to. They turned would should have been an awesome experience of building a brand new home into an absolute nightmare. All around poor craftsmanship. You get a 1 year warranty on all visual defects, when they send people out to make repairs they show up not knowing what they are there to do, so they don’t have the proper materials to do the work, what they did attempt to repair was just a hack job nothing was ever fixed correctly. Then you continue to ask to get these issues corrected they don’t send anyone back out for months at a time and once your 1 year warranty is up they tell you you’re out of warranty and it’s not longer there problem even thought they never actually corrected issues before the warranty period was up. We have lived in our new home for three years, and we have had our roof repaired three times, we had a leak that came through the ceiling so now our drywall is stained. We have been told by two roofers that we need a new roof. Our electricity has been another issue, the breaker goes off all the time and we had to hire someone to fix it. Our kitchen cabinets are separating from the ceiling, the bathroom floor in the master bedroom squeaks. I contacted Nigeal about the problems on Oct 2020 he said they would take care of it. Well needless to say we’re still waiting. My microwave that is above my stove quit working over a year ago. They left us with piles of dirt in our yard, no landscaping was done. We spent months and tons of money to get the yard some what nice. Our septic tank was not buried deep enough, the pipes aren’t even covered or connected. Front and back porch was not completed we had to hire someone to do the front porch. We was told that they would come finish the back, but again we’re still waiting. Drawers in the kitchen was not installed properly, we had to fix them. I would not recommend this business, save your self the headache and go with a reputable builder and do it that way!

    We take our customer’s concerns seriously and submit the following response to the ******’ concerns.  Their house was completed in December 2019 with the Certificate of Occupancy being issued in January 2020; the 1 year cosmetic warranty ended in December 2020 while all the other house warranties remained in full force; in fact, a full warranty package detailing coverage and how to obtain warranty service is always included with our houses.  All warranty concerns raised through this period were completed to the ******’ full satisfaction and we did not hear anything further from them until earlier this year.  They contacted us asking for help on a roofing issue because some storm damaged shingle repairs completed by their contractor was causing further issues.  Even though their warranty with us had expired some 3 years earlier, we had our crew do the repairs without any charge to the ******.  Regarding some of the other issues raised in their complaint:  the microwave has a full manufacturer’s warranty and the ****** could have referred all issues to the manufacturer for service or product replacement; for cost savings, the ****** had us complete the final rough grading of the site but had elected to complete further site work themselves, including bringing in earth and topsoil and doing the final grading; and all porch work was completed and approved by the Town Inspector and the ****** as part of the CofO.  We are disappointed about this feedback as we believe we completed a quality home for the ****** and therefore hope they will enjoy their new home for many years to come.
