    It is the dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed in an because I got hurt I wasn't able to pay my normal amount of rent and there trying to kick me out but I also found out other tenants are only paying 800 month where I've been paying 1500 month the rooms have mold in them an buggs crawl in under the doors plus snow blows in under the doors in winter time hookers come here and stay sn the owner allows it the city of orchard park has tried to shut them down an have not succeeded yet the claims he's broke but has ********* in his back garage. he says he don't have the money to fix the hotel
