    Ordered a power brake system and had it shipped to my mechanic. At first, parts were missing and new parts were sent out. The parts sent were the wrong ones and my mechanic sent pictures of what he needed. He called force10 and the person said he would talk to the engineer and get back with him that day. It has been over two weeks and no communication. I wrote a review and only then did they send a message back. They said they have talked to my mechanic several times and have sent several items to him to fix the problem. Nothing has been sent and they will not return his calls or messages. Now, I have to wait for him to make the parts at an additional expense to me for parts and labor.

    Hello, 

    The car is over 60 years old and seems to have some type of modified firewall parts.  The kits we sell accommodate 99 percent of the vehicles.  If there are any modifications and or custom issues, we try to help the customer where ever possible.   We do not make custom parts to fit cars.    The customer has the option to send the parts back, which they have not done.  We offered this, but have not got a response.

    The company states that the car is over 60 years old. It is a 1969 which makes it 55 years old. Second, my mechanic says that no modification has been done on the fire wall like the brake company claims. I did not send back the product because most of it has been place on the automobile already. I am looking for a partial refund due to the fact that the part is now having to be handmade. This is an extra expense to me and my time. Also, the brake company says that they have been in contact with my mechanic and he has not heard from them since he emailed and tried calling about the wrong parts sent.
