    I pay for parking monthly and have for over a year now. I am currently up to date on payments and was issued a ticket for a car that is connected to my account. I attempted to call and email regarding the situation and have heard nothing back. I am discouraged by this because not only is the ticketing process questionable but so is the maintenance of the parking as they have homeless people currently living in tents the back of the parking lot. My desired out come is for the ticket issued to me to be corrected, as well as much better business practices regarding maintenance of the parking lot and maybe more attention put to the ticketing process as I am not the only one this has happened to.

    Regarding my complaint #******** the business has contacted me and notified me that the ticket is being erased from the system. It seemed to just be a mistake on the ticket auditor. I am fine with this resolution as long as it isn’t a reoccurring problem.

    I paid for parking on the app and was ticketed anyway.
