    I’ve used this company for over two years and I’ve never had to deal with the owners until they decided to call my phone more than three times to harass me and try to intimidate and bully me into a monthly service that had a mandatory same day of the month policy. I explained to them that I’ve been with them for so long and their current employee knows that I cant commit to the same day, but can commit to once a month. I was screamed at by the owners wife and they canceled my service. I’ve never in my life, dealt with such unprofessionalism I will be calling the department of labor next. After they got every dime out of me they decide to pull this. Unacceptable

    I called Buffalo Exterminators and they were there the next day to give me a recommendation and estimate. I decided to go with them and am so glad I did. The technicians were polite and knowledgeable. I actually learned a lot. The process was fast and 100% effective! No more ants!
