    I contacted this company for emergency assistance due to seeing a squirrel in my basement. On 5/19, a representative came out and did a partial inspection of my basement and ran out after seeing the squirrel. She looked around the outside of the house and said that the “guys” would be back in a couple of days to patch up a hole that she found and put in a trap around the Area that she said was the point of entry. I waited until the 22nd and called to find out what was going on. The rep stated that nothing was scheduled and I stated that I wanted to cancel the service and was calling another company. She assured me that she found someone and they would be out the next day between 1-5pm. I explained that I would have to take time off from work and would be home at 1:30pm. I arrived home at 1:13pm on the 23rd and called to confirm that someone was on the way. I was told that there was nothing scheduled and I told the representative that this was poor customer service and will never deal with this company again. I ended up paying another company an emergency fee of $162 to come out. The good thing for me is that they did what they promised and took care of getting my problem resolved immmediately.
