    On April 4th new Sump Pump was installed. Business owner (Stephen K***********) was paid $600 by check. I asked business owner about obtaining a detailed invoice and it was noted that I do not have an email address. Business said ok and cashed the check. There is a warranty on the Sump Pump that will be voided without the detailed bill with date of installation. I have called the business on the 14th of April, the 22nd and May 1st asking for the invoice. All calls were made to his office number ###-###-####. His mobile number was also contacted. In total 6 calls were made.
    I went to **** ***** to check prices on pumps and price range is from $250-$350 in various pumps. I do not know if I was charged for the most expensive pump but the cheapest installed without any invoice forthcoming. My being charged $600 with no invoice received would be easier to swallow if I was at least able to confirm my warranty on the parts installed.

    I did install the pump at the said $600 fee, which is more than fair and lower than the going prices of my competitors. I did explain to Mr. ****** that an email would be easier and if he could provide me with one of those that would be better to get him a quicker receipt. whether it was his or another family members it didn’t matter to me. He said he didn’t have one and I told him as soon as I got around to doing paperwork billing, which isn’t very frequently I would get him a receipt. I will absolutely be getting Mr. ****** his receipt, but To have his daughter call me and threaten me and claim that I Take advantage of the elderly because I haven’t mailed a receipt yet is ridiculous. I treated Mr. ****** with the upmost respect while at his house. I also was very prompt and quickly installing the sump pump at his request. I can promise you we don’t take advantage of the elderly or anybody. I did leave a voicemail with his daughter because she left the phone number for me to call her back at. It was her work phone number and I left a very detailed message with my phone number several times for her to call or text me her email and I would get it to her Immediately. As it is a simple click or two away.
