    I purchased two concert tickets and parking for the event. Concert canelled due to covid. I could not attend the rescheduled date and asked for a refund. They sent me all over the place. Stopped responding to me. Sent me back and forth between the event and production company. I just want my money back. **** ** *** ***** used twenty6 productions. Then changed production companies. **** ** *** ***** sent me to twenty6 productions for refund and Twenty6 Productions sent me back to **** ** *** *****. If you could get me my refund for my two tickets that would be greatly appreciated.

    I'm so sorry you're having to deal with this headache, especially for a year later. Do you remember who you spoke to at Twenty6 Productions? Also if you have it handy can you forward us your ticket confirmation email or send the confirmation number please. We will contract Twenty6 as they were the ticket brokers for the event - like a ************, just on a much smaller scale - and they were responsible for the automatic refunds. We had nothing to personally do with the ticketing or handling of the refunds. Again we apologize for Twenty6 giving you the runaround. As our event is in a few short days you might not hear back from us for a bit but trust we will follow up on this issue. Thank you for your patience.

    This year we are using a different ticket platform, so unfortunately we will not be able to accept last year's tickets. Any tickets and/or RV parking passes from last year can be refunded through Twenty6 Productions. You can email them at ***************************** or call ***** ********.     New tickets for **** ** *** ***** can be purchased on our website, **********************, or no-fee tickets can be picked up at the ******* ********, the ******* ******* or the Valley in Holland, NY.

    This is a message that has been sent directly to Mr. **** on this matter. We are doing all we can to rectify it and believe we are being falsely accused of the actions he laid out. Please let us know if you need anything else and know we are actively trying to make this situation better for all parties involved. Thank you very much! Hi Mr. ****, Hope all is well and things are good. I wanted to reach out as we just received a notice of complaint from the Better Business Bureau for our company Twenty6 Productions. I see that it is about a refund regarding the **** ** *** ***** event that was cancelled in 2021. I first want to reach out and apologize for the back and forth the festival has given you about this. I won't go into too much detail over it but from what I can gather, you never received a refund for the festival that was cancelled in 2021. We were the company hired to handle production for the event, when the owner decided to cancel the festival, all tickets were automatically refunded.   There's a chance that the refund was sent to an older credit card of yours or that it came through under something you didn't recognize. We got all the info over to the ticketing company as well as the festival. That being said I'd like to do anything I can to make this right with you. If you could send me a receipt of the ticket purchase or let me know the total you spent, I would like to send you back this money from my personal account. At the end of the day I take great pride in our company and I can assure you we did not intentionally try or hold back any of the refunds. I do believe something might have gotten mistaken on the festival side but again I would personally like to make this right. Please let me know when you can and if after the money is received or we have a phone conversation, I would greatly appreciate you considering contacting the BBB to let them know this issue has been resolved. Thank you very much and I look forward to hearing back. Have a great night and talk soon.

    The company handled this wonderfully.  They reached out and agreed to refund the money.
