      I wish I could give 0 stars. The definition of *********. They raised my rent during COVID-19 in both 2021 ($25 with written notice) and 2022 ($75 with no notice other than the new price on my lease renewal and when I questioned this the solution I was offered was to move out) as a new tenant the year just prior to that. They took days to return calls for any maintenance concerns or issues with the other tenant and advised me to deal with most issues, like birds in the ceiling and constant harassment from the other tenant, on my own. I had to call the police more than once for parking and other issues due to their failure to intervene after multiple calls and requests. These people do not care about their tenants whatsoever. If you needed assistance outside of business hours there was no way to reach anyone in any department. The emergency maintenance line does not get answered after hours. I had to call ******** **** myself for a potential gas emergency due to my broken oven. It was "repaired" with a new and completely unlabeled control panel (unless you count the makeshift tape labels that were poorly drawn on when I got home). Forget snowplowing in the Winter even if it's in your lease. I was snowed in for multiple days during blizzards because the driveway never got plowed and I many times had to arrange for or do it myself. To end that lovely experience they put the duplex I was living in up for sale and refused to renew my lease thus forcing me to move out. But not before they drove me insane showing my apartment and touring a bunch of strangers through the house while I was still living there. The entire experience was beyond terrible and I strongly caution anyone who is considering renting from this company to change their mind. Truly anything is better than dealing with these people.
