I had a very positive experience meeting with Buffalo Brick & Mortar when I requested an assessment of my mother’s home. They were friendly and professional, and they gave a thorough and fair assessment of the property. They responded to the initial request very quickly, and all follow-up questions were answered promptly and helpfully. I have only positive things to say.

My wife and I were very happy with everyone we dealt with at Buffalo Brick and Mortar. John came out to our house and did a walk through and explained the process in simple terms so that there was no confusion! We had received offers from 2 other companies and Buffalo Brick and Mortar was the best offer. Even if they did not have the best offer, we still would have gone with them! They were the only company that told us we needed a lawyer to be able to close! Very open and honest from the beginning!Buffalo Brick & Mortar LLC

My brother, sister, and I are very happy with the services that we received from Buffalo Brick & Mortar. From start to finish they were very helpful and accommodating for us 3 siblings selling our house to them. John always promptly returned our calls and texts. He also gave us a name of a good lawyer (different from Buffalo Brick & Mortar's), since we needed a recommendation. This lawyer represented us well. It was also nice that we didn't have to fix things up or clear things out of the house that we didn't want. All in all, I highly recommend Buffalo Brick & Mortar, if you want to sell your house quick and with a lot less stress.
