    I have been trying to cancel my membership. I am past the 12-month term they state you must pay as part of the membership agreement. They direct you to the website to cancel but there is no option on the site to cancel the membership.

    I have been trying to cancel my daughters membership to urban air and it says you have to do it on their website but there is nowhere to do it. I have contacted them twice by email in which they said they would respond and they have not. I don’t want to be charged for any other month. I feel like the only way is to contact my bank explain what’s going n a cancel my debit card. Don’t trust this company.
