      Company came out to service our three door cooler at the bakery. Had to replace a control unit as well as a few little things. Total bill came out to be around $700.

      Same issues arose as before including a leak that the company apparently fixed. Called to schedule a technician to come out and look at it only to be refused service and employee was very rude.

      Do not recommend this company for any work.

      BBB spoke to the business and the following was relayed: We performed a service call for this customer 5 months ago, and we had a hard time getting paid for that service call.  This customer also called us up and was very irate and disrespectful with our office manager, so she had to disconnect the call.  This customer wants us to perform a new service call now and not charge him.  We completed a repair for him 5 months ago.  There are a million things that could be wrong with his system at this time.  How do we know it is the same issue that we previously repaired?  We replaced an electronical part of his refrigerant system.  The supplier that we get our electronic parts from gives us a 30 day warranty on those parts.  We extend that same 30 day warranty to our customers.  Therefore, even if it is the electronical part, he is well past the 30 day warranty.  We take good care of our customers and if had he approached us differently-- we may have handled the situation differently.  Unfortunately that is not what happened.  Thank you.
