    To whom it may concern: My name is **** ********, I called the B.B.B, for a referral for a handyman to replace my porch railings. I was given the mane of Brownsview 365. I called and requested an estimate for the job. He came over and quoted me $80.00 an hour. I would purchase the supplies. I requested everything in writing. He started the job and worked on it for two day's. A very large mess was left behind. And the job was not completed. He told me he had another job he was finishing up and that he could return to finish. This never happened. On Jan 12, 13th he was calling me to get paid for the work he did. I told him I would have a check ready but I wanted the contract in writing, He came over on 1/13/23 acting very irrate. He showed me the contract. I was very upset to see different amounts on a very unprofessional job invoice. Attached more copies

    When I was collecting payment after the job was finished.  She said she wanted to pay with a money order. I cant accept money order.  I can take check but there's taxes.  Cash no taxes.  With the taxes it was going to be more than I quoted her on.  She demanded to pay by check, so there was taxes and the amount when it up.  You gave invoice, the total amount with the taxes, but I made an adjustment on the invoice to reflect what she paid (no taxes) .  she wanted the tax amount off the invoice.   I didn't charge her for the time I spent getting materials. This was done in Jan, why wait until now to file the complaint?  Here are the pictures of how it looked when I finished.
