      Irish Jone’s used to be my property management. My landlord switched over to apartments.com where I now pay rent. Irish Jone’s has a remaining balance that has been hitting my credit, I paid that remaining balance to the new property manager. I have called Irish Jone’s and disputed it with ****** ***** but it continues to bring my credit score down.

      They do false credit reporting, I have had so much credit damage because they file me 90 days late when I am in the current month. Of youre short 10$ they file 90 days late so that it effects your report and you make payment right then. Emergencies happen, but extortion is not legal. They do not take care of their properties, and then hound your for money but NYS tenants rights are real and they have no desire to follow the law. They had someone try walking into my house with no notice while I was getting out of the shower.
      They have cost me 1200$ in my own money due to roofing for the upstairs tenant BEFORE they moved in and popped all my tires with no reimbursement. 2 times this has happened. They do not fix anything they slap lipstick on the pig. Honestly if you look at the ratings they shouldn't be allowed to rent or manage any properties in ny. They just scam and change their name every few years. Before they were buffalo holdings. It's a laundry list with this company. I can deal with a slum lord but to effect my credit and do false reporting is a crime in nys! Abolish irish jones.

      Irish Jones Property Management reports positive and
      negative rent payments to reporting agencies. All tenants have been informed of this and are reminded of this when their rent is late.  This tenant in question has carried
      a balance since March 2023 (the month after we took over managing the property
      for the owner. We do not report negative if the tenant is less than $500
      behind. I have included Ms. ********’s payment history/transaction ledger
      showing her continued balance. As she was told previously, if she has a
      complaint or dispute with her credit report, she may contact Sperlonga
      directly.
      We have patiently made payment arrangements with Ms.
      ******** to work with her.
      I cannot speak regarding a roofing issue and nails as since our
      management, we have not done anything with roofing nor had anyone reported an issue about roofing. This may have happened prior to our management with her previous
      management company, who was **** ******* ********.
      Irish Jones Property Management is not now, nor ever has
      been **** ******* ********.
      Irish Jones Property Management has responded to all
      maintenance requests including some issues she had prior to our management. 

    Irish Jones is NOT a BBB Accredited Business.
