I was stuck in a ditch due to icy road. I pay aaa for the premier membership. They sent a tow guy who refused to help due to the icy road. He wouldn't do anything at all, didnt even asses my vehicle.to see if there was another option. Just got in his truck and left me, my husband, and myb13 yo daughter stranded in less 20 degree weather. He told me to call aaa back to get a different truck in there that could handle the ice better but aaa refused to send anyone else because the guy that came out said it was too unsafe. I'm paying a ridiculous amount for a service I've now been denied 3xs. The only reason we got out of the ditch and off that icy road was due to a nice gentleman who lived up the road, he let me and my daughter inside with his wife, while he and my husband hooked my car up to staps on a 4 wheel drive regular chevy Silverado and just pulled. So aaa could have taken care of this issue they just refused to.
If I could give a zero star rating I would. I will never again use aa and will be canceling my membership

When you or your loved one take a driving course, AAA refuses to provide you with timely certificate or even the number afterward, causing you to wait there weeks for something they already have immediately. In short, they take your money immediately but are slow to deliver the product you paid for! Other companies provide the completion certificate to you instantaneously so you can move on with your life. We will never use AAA again, completely unhelpful and a dinosaur in this digital age. Join the 21st century already!

I am tired of them sending me mailings all the time! I never asked for them and I want nothing to do with them. I asked them to remove me from their mailing list and they do nothing about it. Stop mailing me, I never was interested in AAA!

A must read for all AAA members. I needed a battery for my car, got a jump. Went to a service
station. The car died in the parking lot. They couldn't get me in for a couple of days. Called
AAA, they said if the service station closed, they wouldn't service my car. Waited 2 hour, service
station closed. Called Triple A. They would not come to give me a jump or a battery. They said this
is there policy. I was livid. I am a disabled senior, and they left me stranded in a parking lot in the
middle of the night. I have been a member for many year. I am now done with them.

I try to keep it positive on social media, but be warned; if you get services from or are considering signing up for AAA of Western New York that they’re a scam. They damaged my vehicle, reneged on agreed services, and their tow driver tried to extort money from me. I’m out $600 out of my pocket to fix the damages they caused to my old 2008 car. Their customer services manager actually screamed am me on the phone; “I don’t owe you anything! You get nothing from me!”. I filed complaint with the BBB, their corporate offices and ‘channel 4 call for action’ and nothing. There are other roadside assistance providers out there, don’t get vandalized and insulted like I did. Stay safe people!
