      Set up time for tech to come out was set up between 12 - 2 pm, they had $100 service call, which was fine, but then also wanted $200 diagnostics fee to tell you what was wrong with it, plus taxes and services charge of 5% for total $339.75. Someone text and said tech was running late, finally showed up at 3:40 pm looked at issue but was not able to diagnose issue looked at everything for about 20 minutes, said he would have to call Tiffin tomorrow then left to go to next call. I was able to get fixed myself the next day while waiting to hear back from them. Talked to Cordell from the Odessa location, said they didn’t give refunds, because tech come out and did what he was asked to do. Very unprofessional office staff and tech did nothing but look at slide and left. They knew year and model should have called Tiffin before they come and had idea of what to look at for slide system. They did say invoice would need to be paid for before. We received the invoice about 30 minutes before tech showed up.. we are completely okay with the call out fee but the diagnostic fee was a ridiculous for not doing one thing! Ken the tech was nice.. but they knew what they were coming to look at when they came.. they get you by the clause on the invoice that say NO REFUNDS AND DONT SEND THE INVOICE TILL 30 min before!!!
      DEFINITELY HIRE AT YOUR OWN RISK BECAUSE THEY WILL NOT WORK WITH YOU AND THEY WILL COP AN ATTITUDE…YES, I had an attitude also!!
