    I purchased a counter top ice maker from *** in 09/2021, the ice maker is from this company and came with a 1 year manufacturer warranty. In May of 2022 the ice marker stopped working, I called the Figli company to get this issue fixed, the customer service rep Rose gave me some tips to try and fix, none of those worked so she asked for the receipt from ***, she also informed that they have been having this issue but don’t have any replacement items in the country. I waited a month and then sent another follow up email, heard nothing back for days so I called again. The second time she was very very rude told me that I needed to be patient. I explained to her at this point I didn’t want a new machine and I just wanted a refund, she said that this isn’t possible, they don’t have money to give and I need to just wait until they get new machines in, they have no time line what so ever of when they are even getting in new machines. I reached out to ***, their manager sent communication to the Figli Supervisor told me I should hear back in a few days. I waited 3 weeks, called again in which I asked to speak to the supervisor, it took 3 tries before Rose would be connect me and the Supervisor was ruder than Rose was, she started out by raising her voice told me that my only option is to wait (I have no documentation that I’m even on a list for a new machine so next month I could call and they could say I’m out of warranty). This company is extremely disrespectful and rude.
