    Never punctual always late, when I called them back they said they called me three times to confirm my pickup and they had to dispatch another driver. I could not pick up the phone cuz I was in counseling and my phone was on do not disturb. I was out at the time for my schedule pickup and they still had to dispatch another driver

    I pre book it said cost would be exactly 18. Then driver pulls up and canceled it and said 40 to take me and 2 little kids wit luggage around corner and because car is suv it would be 40 bucks what the heck liberty taxi has never done this before.

    Be careful booking online. They supposedly tell you the cost of total trip when booked, my trip (same trip) has always been $12. I called one for my mom who was locked in car and charged double for trip. When I called customer service to complain they not only played dumb, they also changed information in their system and erased my previous booking history. This place will get you for your $$$$ if your not careful. I'd rather take my chances with **** and ****, never again will I book with liberty and their sneaky, misleading tactics. Be Careful.

    Drivers that do 97 on the highway while texting with a baby in the car in a junk cabs that doesnt have working seatbelts!! But this is the ONLY cab company I am allowed to use according to M. A S. Disgusting discrimination toward certain class of people they find lower than themselves. That's why we get the worst service.

    ZERO! What cab company starts at $12!! IT was the driver's 1st day and he was cool and in time, BUT it cost me over $30 to go 6.4 miles!!!! I will never take them AGAIN!!! I would rather walk to where ever I gots to go next time if I can't find anyone else!!!
