I was charged $899.23 for IT help over the phone from who I thought was the **** *****, and it was taken out of my acct. on 9-1-22. They took my checking acct. & routing # over the phone. My daughter, who is my Power of Attorney, found out and noticed that they now monitor my computer. She called ****** ****** of ******* ******* ***** & demanded my money back, which I received credited to my checking acct. on 9-16-22. I had to close my bank acct. since they had my account number. Mr. ******, Daniel P****, and Rick started calling me over and over demanding that I pay $199.99 for ****** ******* ****** service. My daughter called them back & told them not to call me anymore. They e-mailed me an invoice for $199.99 on 9-13-22. I asked my daughter to pay it, & she did with a money order made out to ****** ******* **** with my customer code, name and PO# (all provided on their invoice). The invoice had a partial address of ********* **** ******** *** ******. My daughter ******** ****** ******* **** with that partial address and mailed the money order to *** ** ******** ***** ***** **** ******** *** ***** on 9-13-22. Andrew W***** started serial calling me & my daughter again last week (around 9-29-2022). I took his name and number & had my daughter call him at 1-888-972-9303 (they also use 1-844-608-9571, 1-904-915-3561, 1-866-958-5751, and 1-661-593-4536). I live in an assisted living facility, & I cannot block calls because my phone # is assigned. Mr. ****** became very agitated and yelled at my daughter when she said that she had mailed a money order to the address in Florida. He had originally wanted her credit card # & was angry when she did not provide it. He is insisting that I pay $199.99 again, but mail it to Nova Tech, Inc., who is "a merchant of ****** ********, at ** ******** ****** ***** ***** ******** *** *****. He says ****** ******* **** * is their "main branch." He is threatening me & my daughter with legal action if he does not get $ by 10-5-22.
