      We are a non=profit organization in Vermont. We bought a used tent to do community events here in our town. We bought it with a grant that we got from the state. We got the tent in the late fall last year and when we got it , it was already too cold to use it, so we store it. We were having our first event with the tent and when we pull it out it was full of holes at least 20 to 30 holes. And when I called them to see if we could get a resolution they told me they could only exchange it for a newone and that I had to pay another $800 on top to get a replacement. I looked at the small print and it says I had 15 days to file a complain. I know legally I dont have a mean to file charges but I feel that they should of let me know that the tent had holes.They had used white duck tape to patch some of them. I think the ethics of this company are not trustworthy and I would like to file this complain to let other people know that this business is about. I just think they should of told me that the tent had holes and they used condesending language to presuure into buying another tent. I would never buy from this company ever.

As noted in the product listing for used items, these are sold "as is," meaning any defects or blemishes are the responsibility of the customer to repair. We offered to assist by covering the cost of repair materials, which you declined. Additionally, we provided a significant discount on upgrading to a brand-new tent top, which you also found unacceptable.
