    A refund for $449.99 was supposed to be refunded back to me for my son ******* ****** jr we paid $449.99 to atlas test prep on December 2022 with my chase credit card and becaus on our low income my son school nest m+ paid $449.99 for my son ******* course to atlast test prep. Now atlast test prep acknowledged the recieved the payment from my son school nest m+ and when we reached out to atlast test prep via email phone call and text which i have proof of all the communication atlast test prep claiming and acknowledged the. issued a refund but still cannot provide any proof of the refund as of the text today august 8th 2023 the rep the representative david text me not to contact them anymore refund was issue and i keep explaining to atlast prep please email proof you issue me a refund i contact my bank ***** the said this over 120 days and nothing can be done

    This was refunded. The customer was notified via email that they registered with. And maybe they need to look into mental health services. We will no longer take their calls.

    An email showing the refund was sent several times. This has become ridiculous. Any further communication would be considered harassment.
