    Drive 40 minutes to bring my *** mower in for preapproved warranty repair. The owner asked me if I purchased it there. I had not. He then told me he wouldn’t touch it since I was not a customer of his. I replied what kind of customer service was that? Since they were an authorized *** repair center. He was obviously frustrated with ***. But when he said he didn’t give a **** since I wasn’t his customer. This is clearly a problem he had with *** but then he took it out on me. He then walked away and left his elderly father there to deal with the situation who told me to get the **** out of here, in a threatening manner. I was amazed by the fact that the owner would leave his elderly father there like a coward to deal with the situation. I was completely taken back by the situation since how did he know that I had never been a customer there for anything in the past, which I had. I will never go to this location again and will file a complaint with *** and ACE as I am sure this is not how they want to be represented. I am also filing a complaint with all applicable business organizations.
