    Promise to send a kid swing set by December 23 havent received cannot contact business anymore. Been trying to contact for the last two weeks still no response.

    We ordered a riding lawn mower from them and it hasn't arrived. I got an email from **** at conact@ vesolia.com on or around 10/29/23 saying it would ship in 3 to 5 days and they would contact me with a tracking number. I haven't heard from them. I've tried calling but the numbed on their website is constantly busy. I've tried using their contact form and it says my phone number is invalid and won't send my message. I've emailed and gotten no response. I tried the phone number on this website and it's busy. I want someone to contact me with a update. I feel as though I'm being scammed.

    Website of business is fraudulent. Phone number listed is disconnected and physical address of the business is a residential home.No way to connect with merchant about product that was purchased via their website. No customer support responses to chat option on their website.

    Vesolia.com is a fake retailer who defrauded my father out of $700. After my father told me he did not receive the mower he had ordered, I investigated and found the phone number, email, and business address were all fake. Even the shipping company they provide tracking for (**************) is fake. We are working with my fathers bank to get the money back but this needs to be addressed and shut down. I appreciate your time and assistance in this matter.
