      Date of the transaction 03/09/2023, amount of 236 dollars and 35 cents. The business proved to me to realign the steering wheel which I was coming for. After they told me my rear RT caliber leaking and need replacement. I know the car's rear RT caliper was new (two weeks ). I was not driving since it. I just drove to car service to fix the steering wheel. Two weeks ago another mechanic put in new calipers and new rotors and brakes and checked all brake line which was in good condition. After fixing the steering wheel even the horn was not fixed. The owner called me and told me the car has problems with the rear RT caliper and it is an emergency because I cannot drive in this car. I came into the car service and see the car has a leak around the tire and brake fluid made a mess around the rear right tire. I was upset and I told them it was not before when I give you the car. I would not available to drive to you if it was before. But my opinion was not excepted. They told me if I want to drive home I need to agree to fix the car today. I was upset and have no choice but to agree. After some time, They told me my brake line in front leaking which was absolutely strange. I told them that I do not agree with it and that my car was good when I came to the car service. Why problems were not found in time when the mechanic inspected the car before the job started? Why problems came one by one which sound very strange. I told them it and they were rude to me and made voice up which I do not like it. But I had no choice I need to pay them for two jobs steering wheel which still has no sound horn and caliper. I mentioned that the steering wheel has no sound of a horn(the horn is not working) and they told me it is another extra job that I need to pay for if I want to be fixed. I told them I did have not money after payment for two jobs. I did not prepare for it and I was upset about this situation.
      I just told them to put my car outside in the parking lot and I will tow the car to my home after my job.
      I towed my car on next day.
      So now I have a car with a problem brake line and horn. I need to resolve this problem and fix the car but I do not want to come back to them because they will damage my car more even though it is an old car but it was in good condition. Mileage as real only 152k for chevy tahoe 5.3L . I do good care about my car but this situation was very upset me because they took advantage of me.

      We respectfully disagree 100% with Irena's complaint.She brought her car to us because another mechanic had done work on her car and misplaced the steering shaft.  When she dropped off her car, she needed a ride, so I personally took her to the store in her car.When driving it back I noticed that the brake pedal was very low and soft.We corrected the problem with the steering shaft and as a courtesy to her we looked to see why there brakes were soft.  We found brake fluid pouring out of the left rear caliper.  The caliper was  brand new and it was leaking badly at the connection of the hose.  It was leaking so badly that brake fluid was even spraying in the tire.  This was a serious and unsafe condition.We advised her of this because the car was unsafe to drive.  She mentioned that she herself had purchased the caliper from ******** and we took the time end effort to get the part covered under warranty for her even though we did not originally sell her the part.We suggest that she take the repair invoice from us and seek reimbursement from the shop who incorrectly positioned her steering wheel and who improperly installed the caliper.
