    I started a telehealth nutrition plan in January of 2023 and continued into March when my nutrition coach quit. Each session provided healthy ways to eat and provided documents correlating with the session. I was able to print these documents out that listed food groups and daily serving sizes. She billed my insurance $100.00 per session. I have misplaced the documents and when I went into my "HEALTHIE" (that's what they call the program) account the only documents there, were from Jan. 23 and 31. The documents from Feb. and March that I need and paid for are not in my account. I have reached out to Sarah Lynn multiple times and asked for those documents to be placed back into my account. She said they were there. I replied that they were not there and that I would please like them. She just ignores my emails. I even reached out to my nutrition coach and she said she would contact Sarah but I have heard nothing. All I want is what I paid for.
