  REWN (Real Estate Wealth Network) is rated 1 because deceptive is deceptive. From the inception of the video describing the income opportunity, Cameron “Cam” D***** understands very well that the results he describes are improbable. Opportunity seekers can earn a profit by finding homes in need of wholesaling & Cam’s organization will fund the “transactional” deal to a professional home rehabber? $97 entrance fee is the cost!
  It’s important to understand that Cam’s income opportunity involves real estate, known as an “inconvenient market”. That means there are multiple steps & legal choices.
  Cam promotes the concept that a person with no knowledge or experience can get started & become successful for only $97 intro, and if the person isn’t pleased then request a full refund. That's deceptive because the true costs of doing this business were not explained from the beginning.
  The next cost was $299 to make intelligent comparisons. With no real estate experience, a person should know how to compare intelligently.
  Cost for a business entity? Cam requires a business license from any member requesting his funding. His staffers say that was brought up in his web presentation, I disagree because I listened to the presentation twice. $543 was the cost of an LLC license for me. Cam & REWN can say the business license isn’t necessary but practically speaking, it’s necessary in my state.
  Then there was a $1500 aggregate upgrade for a host of services & online coaching. Online coaching doesn't include legal advice, I paid an extra $450 for that & I considered it necessary.
  Followup webinars were offered, and they included a sales pitch for live coaching,,,-$9,000 to $15,000.
  I spoke with REWN representative A.B. on 07-12-2023 about coaching & her final remarks were a substantial investment is necessary to be successful at REWN.
  In conclusion, REWN needs oversight. Their income opportunity is deceptive without the full explanation.

  We are a business that has multiple purchase opportunities, just like any other business. It is completely possible to use the strategies learned in any of our courses without purchasing another course/product and we have many customers who do just that. Our products are meant to cover all the needs a real estate investor could have. That doesn't mean all real estate investors need everything we offer. It's our job to let our customers know what products and services are available to them and how those services can greatly impact their business. We have thousands of happy and satisfied customers, many of whom only use one or two of our services, whereas others use many if not all of them. It comes down to what your needs as an investor are and which products fit those needs.

  My response is that the comments by REWN don’t address my points, but let me address their points.
  1. REWN isn’t like other businesses. They market their $97 offer with a lengthy online video leading people to believe the $97 offer can create a satisfying beginning. During checkout, then they offer necessary upsells which the customer only finds out at that moment. I say it’s a necessary $299 upsell because they realize most people can’t proceed due to their lack of knowledge in realestate pricing. If it’s their job to make their products & services known to their customers then why not just say all that at the very beginning?
  It’s a contradiction to say a customer can be successful with the $97 offer while holding back on the other products that are likely to be necessary.
  2. I’ve heard “Cam” say multiple times that coaching is necessary if the customer wants to be successful. I’ve reviewed the *** * ********** record & Cam is the Principal. An unnamed REWN staffer doesn’t get to overrule Cam’s remark & be taken seriously. Coaching may run between $9000 - $15000.
  3. REWN’s response doesn’t cover the need to establish a business license which could cost over $500. Since they won’t give legal advice then they’re in no place to say I didn’t need one. From what I’ve discovered, the business license was necessary or the process couldn’t proceed.
  4. I’ve received an email advertisement from Cam as recently as 09-27-2023 saying his software will produce “Motivated Sellers” including “verified vacant homes”. When I used that software previously, some homes were not vacant at all. I’d call the people to find out they lived in the home & planned on staying, or I’d ride by the home & see families bringing in their groceries. That hardly describes a home that is “vacant”. And that is the $97 offer.
  5. I saw a REWN FaceBook ad 2 weeks ago & thought to take part in the discussion. One woman specifically asked what other costs would be involved & the REWN rep simply stated buy what you need, nothing more. So that REWN rep was unwilling to be candid by sticking to the sales pitch, a $97 purchase can bring a decent side income. I made the woman aware of the costs according to my experience and the REWN rep then became insulting & kicked me out of the discussion. So here again, REWN is in the habit of knowingly acting deceptive..
  6. Cam openly mocks people who complain his system doesn’t work. So perhaps REWN has thousands of happy/satisfied customers. I think Cam also openly admitted there are volumes of people that feel deceived.
  As the realestate saying was, “Buyer beware”. The $97 offer is essentially a gimmick to get interested people to open up their wallets. The timing is all laid out so customers are led down a path that is far different than the original offer, always being told the additional programs will greatly further their success if success is what we want,,, and REWN knows this. So again, REWN does need oversight.

I have just finished my three day summitt with Real Etate Wealth Network,and I am exstreamly plsed with what I have learned and retained,I believe it's the way the program was taught, with honesty,professionalism,compassion,straght forward.   I just finished Mr. Cameron's 3 day Real Estate Wealth Summit on line during which he and his smart team explain what tools and processes are needed for a successful outcome to his member investors. From all the seminars I attended in my last 30 years, I never felt more honesty, truthfulness, and integrity than what I saw in this team and I plan to be part of this family to help myself and others seeking financial success in real estate investing.

  I've had more than few courses and have attended several seminars. None of which ever gave me the feeling of confidence to immediately take consistent action.   This training from Cameron D***** and his TEAM is way better than I expected. It is indeed up there. Despite his success he is very much hands on. It rarely happens in this age of technology to have a highly successful business owner to have this kind of commitment to his clients, as Cameron has. In most other summits or seminars I have attended in the past, the Big Guy, leaves most if not all the training to his TEAM. But with Cameron D*****, he is much more engaged than his TEAM. This indeed is leading by example and Talking the talk and walking the talk. Thumbs up Mr. D*****! It was indeed a great 3 days of learning from you and 10 others.
