Joe installed a dishwasher after removing it from the cabinet to swap the motor. The dishwasher was not placed properly so that the veneer panel can close properly, off by about 1/2". A call was made they told me that he would get back to me, to no avail. Another call was made and a message was left, to no avail. A third call was made during which I was told that Joe would not return to fix the installation and that I would need to call someone else to do that. I simply wanted the work done right and for what i paid for. I am 82 years old and cannot adjust the machine myself. I am disappointed in the lack of customer care and attention to detail. Thank you.

    Business Response

    Date: 03/16/2023

BBB spoke to business and the following was relayed:

Joe went to a dishwasher call on January 28th. The dishwasher would not cycle through. Joe replaced the pump motor and checked to confirm it was operating properly. One month later, the customer called stating the cabinet door would not close because the dishwasher was too far out. The customer was informed that because this was customer built the tolerances were too small for a technician to adjust the dishwasher any further and that the customer would need to contact the contractor that did the original custom work. The repair we were called for and responded to was done.
