    I purchased 2 adult tickets last year 10/2023 for a boat ride w lunch included. We showed up for our boat ride but were turned away due to bad weather. They would not issue us a refund even though we explained that we were traveling from Arizona and wouldn't be back to NY anytime soon. They instead issued raincheck w no expiration date on it. I have called and left several voice mails for them because I'm trying to redeem or rebook for a boat ride using the raincheck voucher. I have also emailed them twice and have not received a call back or a return email. The rain check voucher states that we must call in to get booked. I have no way of booking online with this voucher. I'm so frustrated that nobody has called me back. I live in Arizona and am traveling back to NY, this would be my only opportunity to redeem the raincheck. We had paid over $100 for the boat ride to begin with. Help!! I don't know what more to do. This company "*** *********** ****" is being so unprofessional and I'm so frustrated that they wont even return my call. What should I do? How does one proceed in this case?? I
