    On December 4th, 2024 I picked up a large package of dry cleaning that cost $133. I went home and took two blazers out and they had burn marks all over them. I brought them back the next day to show that they were ruined & I was told that they would try to fix it. I then went home and wore one of the outfits they dry cleaned the following day. I realized as soon as I got to work that the clothing had a foul smell to it. When I returned home I checked the rest of the items in the dry cleaning bag and they all smelled like this. When I returned to pick up the two blazers and see what could be done for them, they handed them to me as if nothing ever happened and told me that I was the one that burned them. Then they told me they would clean everything again and I said I just want a refund for the cost of the cleaning. The owner told me he would give me back $70 and not a dollar more. I accepted this just so that I could be done with them. He had me wait ********************************* Then he walked past me on the phone while smoking a cigarette and completely ignored me. When I said, "Excuse me, when are you giving me my refund?" I told him it was my lunch hour and I had to return to work. He just put his hand up in my face and dismissed me. So I had to take all of my clothes and leave because I could not wait another minute and I don't think he was ever planning on paying me. I want some type of compensation for being out the $133 plus the cost of two blazers that cost me more than $150 each and I had to pay a new dry cleaner to re-clean all of the clothing that they mishandled.
