    Ive been waiting two months after Ive paid in full and getting nothing but run arounds. They claim they have my blinds but not my curtains. It was a package deal. Everybody is avoiding the issue

    Just an awful experience with this store. Im now waiting to schedule my third installation appointment for them to complete the order. First time around, ALL of the blinds had to be returned because of a horrible odor coming from the blinds. Second time, one of the blinds had the cord on the wrong side. Nobody answers the phone at the store. When someone does finally answer, theyre nasty and not helpful. I will never do business with this branch again.
