On 9/12/23, I ordered "chocolate chunk brownie half sheets" (48 brownies) from dancing deer, order #******. They sent me the wrong order. I left phone messages at customer service on 9/18/23, 9/19/23 and again 10/2/23. I called on 9/25/23 as well but was unable to leave a message b/c their voicemail box was full. I have never receive a phone response from this company. I also sent email to *********************s (per their website instructions) on 9/20/23 and on 9/25/23 I sent an email to ********************s (per their voicemail instructions) requesting a full refund and for someone to please call or email to let me know why this keeps happening. I had placed the same order in august 2023, and again was sent the wrong item and no one returned any of my call. eventually they did refund that order in august. but no one has returned any of my calls or emails on this specific order, and i am at a loss as to whom to contact since no one from dancing deer/hudson river foods will respond to me at all. The sad thing is, I really love their brownies and was hoping to actually talk to a live person to figure out why they keep sending me the wrong order but their customer service is non-existent. If you can please help me get a full refund for order #****** I would appreciate it. Secondly, if there is someone that someone can report how horrible their customer service is to someone who might care that would be helpful b/c dancing deer has amazing products and shouldnt be suffering as a result. Third, is there any way someone at dancing deer would actually be willing to give me their phone number so I can figure out how to successfully order their products in the future? thank you, *** **********Business Response

On February 22, 2023, I placed an order in the amount of $40.41, ORDER #******. As of March 15, 2023, I have not received a single response regarding my order indicating a shipping number or when I may expect my order to be delivered. I tried to call, no answer, I tried to start a chat, no response, I sent an email, no response. There is simply no way to contact anyone to either obtain a status, or a refund.Initial Complaint

My complaint concerns an order placed on 11/30/2022 that was never fulfilled, but this company charged my credit card in the amount of $110.55 the same day the order was placed, and have not heard any since. I never received a shipping notification and I never received the products, which were cookies that were Christmas gifts. I called their customer service number, ###-###-#### several times and also emailed using their contact form, but have not received any response. I was told by one of person at their customer service answering service they would place a rush on my request to cancel and that someone would contact me.. I called to inform them I did not get a shipping notice or the cookies. And I never received the cookies, I called again to cancel the order. I got no responses over the course of a month of reaching out to them. They have ghosted me, but yet they have my money ($110.55). The order # is *****, placed on 11/30/2022 for the amount of $110.55. I am asking for a refund in the amount they charged to my credit card.Initial Complaint

I placed an order on 11/22/22 for several products (Order #*****). This order has yet to be processed for delivery and I am unable to get an ETA. My complaint is based in the fact that I am unable to get a representative to contact me or respond in any fashion, and I think this could affect other customers as well. -I have called the customer help line (###-###-####) advertised on their website (****************) 5 times . This seems to be only an answering service that just takes a message and states I will get a call back usually within one business day. I have never received a call. -I have tried emailing the following addresses which have all returned undelivered: ************************** ************************** -My emails to ************************* have not been responded to -I tried using the chat function on their website, but that system also does not get past the automated response. I placed two ordered through the Dancing Deer Baking Company website on 9/13/2022, one for $51.62 (order # *****) and the other for $71.94 (order # *****). The money has been withdrawn from my account but the items have not shipped. I have called but all voicemail boxes are full and can't reach an individual, I have emailed sales at ********************* and I have tried an online chat but have not had a response to the email nor the online chat. I would like to cancel my orders and receive refunds. Thank you.
