    I had an incredible experience with Mike Slauson Automotive last night, September 11, 2024. My *** engine failed on the I-90 E near Albany, leaving me stranded with my two young daughters. As I was on the phone with AAA, struggling to get a location fix, James from Mike Slauson Automotive appeared like an angel sent from above. James arrived promptly and provided a level of service that felt nothing short of miraculous. He not only ensured our safety by positioning his vehicle behind ours but also interacted warmly with my children, making a stressful situation much more manageable. His professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail truly felt like hitting the jackpot in a moment of need. I can’t thank Mike Slauson Automotive and James enough for their exceptional support. James went above and beyond, and his five-star service is a testament to the quality and care that Mike Slauson Automotive provides.     My car suddenly lost power while driving on the expressway on a dark evening as a snow storm was rolling in. Slauson's towing company was called and they were there in minutes. They kept me safe out on the expressway and towed my car, delivering me home with instructions on how to proceed. I am extremely grateful for their kindness and fabulous service!
