We've used this business on two occasions. The first time was expensive, but an overall good experience. The second time was unsatisfactory and ended up costing us for unrelated repairs due to the company's error. The job was to deconstruct an existing, non-functional chimney on the front of our cottage. In the process of performing the work, one of the employees walked across our metal roof, splitting the seam. We discovered this a few days after the project was completed when it rained hard and water poured into our front room, damaging walls, ceiling tiles, floors and furniture. To Pascal's credit, he answered our calls and came out at night to create a temporary fix. He then offered: 1) a few hundred dollars for repairs OR 2) to come replace the roof that he said had a "pitch" problem and would do it at the end of the season at cost, but emphasized he was not a roofing company. We said we would decide at the end of the season. We decided to have the roof repaired by another vendor - specific to roofs. The cost of the interior repairs are estimated at $1300, for which we would apply the $200. When we called to seek the $200 credit, Mr. Pascal was belligerent and said he was not responsible for paying for any repairs and had offered to fix the roof at cost. I reminded him of the conversation, and he said he would send a check for $200. We never received it. We recommend not doing business with this company.
