4/8/25 I went to CMH Rapid Care for a shoulder Injury. PA ********* told me he couldn't diagnose or treat me because their xray machine was broken for awhile and hasn't been replaced or repaired. He advised me to go to their affiliated regional hospital, Columbia Memorial Hospital for treatment which I did. I inquired about having to pay for 2 copays and he assured me that only the hospital charge I needed to pay which I did pay $110 copay to Columbia Memorial because he said they were the same company. Now I'm getting a bill from CMH Rapid Care for an additional $45 copay. When I called their billing office I was told there were "extensive notes" on my treatment which Included he put an arm Immobilizer on me which is false because he never tried to diagnose or treat me because an xray was needed to diagnose and treat of which he did neither! They had a broken xray machine.
Since I received their request for a $45 copay I've called 4 times over the last 3 weeks and asked to speak to the office manager, Hannah, and each time I was told they would take a message and have her call me back which she has never done, Today 6/9/25 was the last time I called and left messages for her and PA ********* to return my call. I am willing to take a lie detector test to prove that he never diagnosed or treated me. All he did was give me advise to seek treatment at their affiliated hospital which I did.
