    My husband signed once for the company to do the tax reduction. He did not pay for it, that is true. This month we received a collection letter saying they did 4 reductions for us, I asked this company to provide original pdf file which contain the ** address to show proof since my husband did not give other authorizations. the lady who answered my call did not want me to say anything, just listen to her, she asked me to find the *** file from my own computer, how can I find it if we did not do it ?She is mad at me . I want to make it simple. You want money, you give me evidence, I got it, I will pay for it, otherwise I consider this is a fraud,( they may used the first signature and copy paste it )

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ********, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

    I am filing the complaint on behalf of my husband. His name is ********************  The attachments that Maidenbaum sent us had all the metadada removed which made us can not verify the signature. All we required are the audit trails to verify we owe the **** but unfortunately until now we still can not verify. There are no metadata in those files.
